Jonathan visits mother of ex-President Yar’adua

President Goodluck Jonathan is in Katsina State in continuation of his campaign tour of the Northern States of Nigeria. President Goodluck Jonathan has paid a courtesy visit to the mother of late former President, Umar Yar’adua. Jonathan is in Katsina State in continuation of his campaign tour of the Northern States of Nigeria. The president was accompanied on the visit by his Vice President and running mate, Namadi Sambo and Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Chairman, Adamu Mu’azu. Jonathan arrived in the state today, January 21, and also paid a visit to the Emir of Kano, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi. The President was welcomed by a massive crowd of supporters who thronged the venue of his campaign rally. The Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Muhammadu Buhari is also in Kano for his campaign.
